The nations below do not discriminate against other nations if they do not have United Nations (UN) recognition (nations with UN recognition are First, Second, and Third World nations).

The nations below do not discriminate against other nations if they do not have Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) recognition (nations with UNPO recognition are Fourth and Fifth World ethnic or tribal nations).

The nations below do not necessarily discriminate against other nations if they are micronations (Fourth and Fifth World secessionist or irredentist nations usually discriminate against micronations, even when the latter are mature and fairly developed).

New micronations (also called Sixth World nations) may experience problems of acceptance with older or more developed micronations even when they are serious, and have a committed group of founders. These nations can still register with the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR) if their leader is a true professional at least 14 years old or older.

Older micronations (also called Fifth World nations) may experience problems of acceptance with older or more developed micronations if they lack a territory, a homeland, or are mainly virtual in nature. These nations can benefit by becoming United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) member nations, nations and micronations that do have a small territorial claim in unique, uninhabited, and irregular territory. The United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) is now also legally incorporated into the International States Parliament for Safety and Peace (ISPSP), an alternative United Nations (UN) that was juridically recognised by International Law, and the first nations to recognise it were the United States and Italy. Today the International States Parliament for Safety and Peace (ISPSP) has parliamentary and diplomatic delegations in more than 130 nations.

Of course, larger nations without recognised sovereign states (also called Fourth World nations) are also welcome to join LiveNations.net if they don't discriminate against other nations.

All nations and micronations that are very alive, diplomatically-engaged, and that usually do not discriminate against nations unless they happen to be very young, can benefit by having their nation or micronation listed here at LiveNations.net.

    Nota Bene
    1. National code is not an official ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code, but a unique 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-letter national code established by national leader, national council, and/or national legislature. These codes may are may not represent working alternative TLDs in the Cesidian Root, but they do represent unique non-ISO national identifiers to LiveNations.net.
    2. National code is an official ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code. National ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes may or may not work in the ICANN root, but definitely work in the Cesidian Root.

    5. Institutions which were founded by nation. Does not include websites that act as a portal, mail portal, news portal, search engine, or which exist merely for informational purposes. To be considered an institution, the website must either provide specific services that are more than just informational in nature, or products that are more than just national novelties. 'Metrosites' are cybercities or cybertowns, and are included in the institution count when they fulfill more than just informational or portal purposes.
